support of Equality, it reduces the negative factors and helps in maintaining harmony and peace.
The tourism sector plays a very crucial role through adding value in the global economy. The

in particular areas. It will also offer related knowledge about cultural and social factors of a

revenues and jobs worldwide (Moreno de la Santa, 2020). Also the actions of tourists and
investors has created negative influence on the environmental assets and socio-cultural values of
the host community all over the world. From the view point of economic perspective, the tourism
basically generates jobs and wealth but the wealth leaks from the jobs and community are
generally low in income. As per the socio-cultural perspective, the tourism brings together
individuals from different traditions, backgrounds and culture and promotes peace. But due to
globalization, the communities have lost their unique identity of culture. In addition to that, with
the help of Tourism it has created protected areas and national parks where unique examples of
fauna and flora can be easily found out. Due to the large amount of pollution generated by
Tourists, it has resulted in creating a issue for individuals (Costa, Montenegro and Gomes,
2020). Moreover, Tourist Entrepreneurs could be also blame for a total disrespect to the
environment and local traditions. The major problem from such negative factors is that the local
community is the only side that levels up the damages on the traditions, values and culture and
most significantly on the environment.
As per the statistics of World Health Organization, billion individuals are facing
difficulties due to disability. It is very important for the Tourism Industry to develop services
accordingly so that it is easily accessible to services or products (Carr, 2018). Through offering

and Ortas, 2020). Also Tourism Sector assists people in experiencing events like Olympics.

sector and its popularity. In case of International Tourism, it basically experiences growth
through organizing events and also Olympics are considered to be the major contributors in
increasing the local economies (Sindiga, 2018). The games which held in the year 2016 resulted

consumers through creating a positive influence on the Tourism. Also it could result in economic

The Tourist's behaviour are highly influenced by new markets and events. In case of
travellers, they experience different events as per the interest of individuals. With reference to
people, they prefer spending their leisure time in travelling the places where they could witness
number of events and games. Also the mega events are basically sponsored by different
companies which assists travel industry in generating profits (Zhang and Dong, 2021). In case of
Equality, there are various positive and negative influence of Tourism. The major impacts
basically comprises of economic, socio cultural, environmental dimensions and much more. For
the objective to understand and identify the influence of tourism sector, it is very crucial to
gather relevant data which can help in supporting the judgements in a effective way. In case of
positive influence, it is basically the economic influence which regulates the value of currency of
a particular country (Litvin, Smith and McEwen, 2020). As per the UNTWO which is a

tourist arrivals in the year 2018. Also, the Tourism is considered to be highly responsible for
purpose to generate employment opportunities for both female and male which is considered to

infrastructure like museum, recreation and parks are increased in every region all over the world
(Kapera, 2018). With the support of Tourism, it helps in deeper knowledge and understanding
about science, history and art. Individuals tend to interact with each other during travelling which
leads to sharing of ideas, beliefs and thoughts. Also equality can be easily maintained among

develop sense of respect for other traditions and culture results in creating a positive factor
contributed by Tourism. In case of Individuals, they tend to celebrate festivals of other regions
when they travel which is considered to be the most crucial factor in case of socialising. It also
helps in promoting unity and eliminating cultural clashes in diversity. The transfer and
allocation of resources could be also maintained in a manner that will support in development of
knowledge within individuals by tourism.
Also it offers short term and long term gains to the host destination (Sheldon, 2020). Also
there are various negative influence which could be seen in the society due to tourism that could
influence the equality. Also few of the global destinations do not promote gender equality which
results in creating a negative influence on the visitor's mind. Moreover, traveller's behaviour
could also impact the thoughts of stakeholders and individuals which results in natural resources
and depletion. Also the large number of Tourism could result in affecting the environment's
quality as they will contribute in raising the pollution. Individuals pollutes public places which
leads to increasing of water and air pollutants. In case of Global destinations, it basically charges
high price for their visit could affect the society and its particular segment which could not afford
high prices. The fares and high charges disturbs the economy which could be focused by tourism
industry so that every segment could avail services in a effective manner. Also the destinations
are facing threats and risks of crime on constant basis due to travel of tourist which could
influence their society (Din, 2018).

attractive facilities which develop interest of individuals. In case of Tourism, it generally depicts
high revenues which supports society in expansion and growth. With reference to a particular
country, it could develop their infrastructure with the money and revenue generated from
Tourism activities. The Tourism sector also comprises of facilities which cater and focus the
needs of travellers through offering good quality services. In case of global destinations and
locations they have their own uniqueness which helps in attracting large number of tourists in
efficient and effective way. Also the equality and Empowerment supports overall tourism
industry for the objective to maintain sustainability in the longer manner. Furthermore, equality

promotes growth by offering resources for the society and its development. In addition to that, it
improves relationship with people and also develop a sense of respect towards each other.
Through Tourism Industry, equal opportunities are provided to all the individuals of the society
who are responsible for the goals accomplishment. The individuals can also enjoy growth of
