INTRODUCTION
The hospitality and the tourism management is a very big industry with multiple

the resorts and spas, event management, airline catering, lodging, restaurants, hotels, cruise line
operations and the casino. The resort management is one portion of the lodging and the
hospitality industry. There exists multiple kinds of the managers in a resort that involves those
who also look after the food and the beverage. Resort management consists of the hotel
management, hospitality administration, food services management, restaurant, leisure studies,
marketing, administration, recreation and the facilities planning (Villarias and Estores, 2021).
This report will discuss the multiple features of the common resorts and the issues related
to their management that can take place in the future. Ii also includes the differences in the
operational requirements of the specialist areas, the different kinds of the resort packages,
potential issues managing the different specialist areas for a range of resorts, the consumer
requirements of the resorts, resort packages fulfilling the overall sales objectives, the type of the
business plan and the guiding principle for the fulfilment of the sustainable tourism.

Ski resorts
It is a place where the public can do skiing, winter sports and snowboarding. This resort also
give on rent the important equipments and have also managed the runs which are classifies in
line according to the experience of the skiers on a professional level and these people includes
the advances, intermediate and the beginner. Some examples of this kind of the resort are the
chamonix in France which also have the cable cars which lift the people up to a great height.
Challenges and issues
The skii resort are causing an increasing amount of the deforestation on a large scale as
the trees are needed to be cut down for making the way for the skiing
These kind of the resorts are using too much water on a large scale which leads to the
water scarcity (Zhipeng and Ying, 2019).
The fossil are being used for the generation of the electricity which is leading to their
scarcity.

This is the place that has a kind of a mineral spring and this spa also provides the people with the
administered spa cuisine, services on a professional level. In the health and the personal care
treatments this spa is very popular and it offers to take bath in the lukewarm water. Most of the
spa are located in the United Stated and the Europe which also have the thermal springs in them
(Seraphin and Thanh, 2020).
Challenges and issues
The employees do not see any future with the spa resorts.
The retail products of the spa are not being sold.
The service quality of the customer is not consistent.
There is no customer retention or no loyal customers.

These resorts are also known as the seaside resorts. The public can also enjoy doing their
activities and can also give on rent the beach equipments such as the caramarans, umbrellas and
the cabanas. The best kind of the beach resorts are located in the USA, Canada, south Africa,
Australia, the Maldives and Thailand (Zielinski and Botero, 2020).

The polluted and the littered beach are not attracting the tourists.
