Establish reflective thinking and ideas about their own capabilities and skills in order to develop
as a leader and manager.
To become a leader I will build my skills and knowledge in order to guide my employees
because if the leader will not have the proper knowledge he will not be able to guide his
employees properly which will affect the growth of the individual as well as the organisation. If I

the organisation without getting biased which will increase the effectiveness of the employees
towards the achievement of the goal also it will create positive of the leader in the mind of the
employees. Development of leader comes the development of personality because if your are
confident you can easily guide others if you have a lack of confidence you can never become a
good leader or manager which stop you from growing in your career.
