Variability: The designing of new product and services depends on the variability
feature of the process. The designing and quality of the product may assure that all the products
may not be designed with the same quality. Therefore, each product may be variable as per its
suitable features and techniques used in it. This shows that, it is essential to create and perform
the basic criteria and standards while designing the products in Toyota. The company makes cars
and robots in variable way to fulfil distinct demands of the customers.
Simultaneity: This features shows that every product could not be designed
simultaneously as it require much research and development. This features assures that all the
products must be designed after one gets complete. So the designing process must be carry out in
regular intervals (Plambeck, and Ramdas,2020). Therefore, the designed must be prepared and
confirmed once the other products has already presented in the market. The Toyota use this
strategy and analyse the features which they could bring in the market in their next product. They
get prepared and experiment every time new ways to give better experience to the customers.

order to make use of the auto mobiles facilities across every area.
Intangibility: This feature of the designing and delivery of the products and services at
Toyota, it is all about when the products and services cannot be touched and seen. The potential
customer of the company must get all the services in an amazing experience. It will impact on
the working of the taking decisions regarding product durability, inbuilt features and sustainable
