The main purpose of the business ethics is to have the
consistent moral attitude in the company. Toyota
company is located in the UK which manufactures the
products which has the two manufacturing plant in the
UK. This company is engaged in manufacturing the
cars or the vehicles and this company is known for its
low cost, fuel efficient as well as the most reliable
vehicles. This report will discuss the reasons for
considering the business ethical as well as the ethical
philosophy the company is following. Along with this,
it will also discuss the role of the senior management
in maintaining the business standards and the role of
the employees in maintaining th business standards of
