TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Training and development acts as a subsystem of the organization. The organization
emphasizes on proper improvement of the daily performance of groups and individual (Prayag
and Hosany 2015). Development comes hands in hand with proper training. Better result of the
projects are directly related to the training that is to be provided. Hence I state that training and
development are directly proportional to the training of the employees.
Training will be important in order to prosecute the performance of the employees in a better
manner. This training will help in increasing the efficiency in the outcome of the project.
Using the ASK developing of the attitude set of the employees can be developed. I have
implanted the desire to succeed within the employees of the organization. Imbibing better
knowledge has helped me in prosecuting as per the management of the employees. Developing
skills of the employees has helped me in maintaining the better functioning of the employees.

Implementation of Kolb’s Learning Cycle includes the fact that commencement of the
project gets performed in a manner that the entire life cycle is diverged in 4 stages, namely
PLANNING, this insists the fact that I can carry out better estimation of the project.
EXPERIENCE is the most important factor that would help me in better understanding of the
job. After gaining the experience.
REFLECTION on the experience is required. After reflecting CONCEPTUALIZING of
the reflection can be performed.
1. Melrose Hotels should include Cross Cultural Training as they don’t speak French.
According to the studies, the entire business set up is being prosecuted in France the main
advantage that is present includes the fact that the employees who hardly know how to speak
French must be provided training before setting up of the business. In this case the main aspect
that I think must be taken into consideration includes better understanding of the native
language. I will set up a training in order to do so, I would invite linguistic professionals for
providing lecture and training the employees of the organization who are to relocate. I will
ensure that proper assessments will be taken. In this assessment provisioning I will include the
fact that the diversity in language expertise will increase and this will make the employees more
proficient.
2. Melrose never sent staff abroad for training before how do they go about it.
Initially there was no need of sending their employees abroad. Although it will be the
first time yet no problems will occur as I would carry out proper planning in the initiation stage.
After performing the planning, I will perform risk assessment in order to estimate the issues that
might be present. Hence measures can also be taken in order to proclaim the management.

3. The CPD (Continues Professional Development) in this work.
Uses of Continuous Professional Development provides better management of the
employees with the help of the e-learning programs, training workshops and vocational training.
This training process will help me in better management of the entire system.
EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING
Evaluation of the training it is important to use of the Kirk Patrick’s model includes better
prosecution of the Reaction of the employees. In case the 2 managers get hold of the behavior of
the employees and understand them better mangement and scope development can be done.
After understanding the behavior of the employees the HR managers can focus on the result of
the project.
