by me as it is my interested area on which I want to gain my depth understanding. The title of
investigation is “identification of the impact of training and development on employee's
performance: A case study of Cole’s supermarket”. The key issue in an organization is
employee’s productivity and efficiency is declining due to lack of training and development
(Kanyurhi, and Bugandwa Mungu Akonkwa, 2016). This research would be beneficial to
gain understanding regarding the different method of training and development that would be
