Training is beneficial foran organisation and it helps in developing as well as maintaining capabilities atorganisational and also individual level (Boella and Goss-Turner, 2013). In addition tothis, staff members are necessary part of company to contribute the set success ofbusiness unit. Training and development helps in increasing productivity of anorganisation along with the staff members. Austin Fraser is small size business firm andit deals in providing consultancy and also recruitment services to people in the field ofengineering, information technology, aviation etc. In order to increasing performancelevel of employees, manager of Austin Fraser provides training to them in an efficientmanner. 1.3 Rationale for studyUnder this, an investigator is regarded to identify reason of research in aneffective amener and also provide better value to necessary parties. Research take in toa consideration is considered as very valuable in the nature related to the specificpurpose.
