Incident Case Analysis
The following story board is of my research on the topic Impact of training in
leading better Professional Identity.
Throughout my presentation I would prefer to my professional identity and
experiences. So, by performing this project, one of my incident which I am going to
be discussed is that while understanding the Impact of training in leading better
Professional Identity.
Moreover, I get to understand that professional identity of the personnel are affected
by different types of factors under which the training of the working skills is one of
them.
The professional identity of the person refers to the attitudes, values, knowledge,
beliefs and skills shared with others within a professional group.

Also, this is I had discussed with my friends as well. Along
with this, after exploring more about the particular topic it
has been also identified that it is very helpful for me in
order to enhance my knowledge and competencies into
particular topics.
In addition this, I also get to know that by organizing
several the number of frameworks under which different
types of skills are developed in the personality of the
employees due to the use of technology and proper
guidance from the experts.

It has been also acknowledge my me that while
performing the professional role the individuals have
to deals with various gaps that occurs in between but
the training of the employees provides effective
features to the company under which they have
analyse the key areas which requires improvements in
terms of the knowledge.
The management of the organisation develop
effective plan to fill such gaps before making them
big problems for the organisation.
