Purpose of this document
The following plan serves as a guide for development initiatives
through 2022. The organisational development plan outlines how
TALL will support the development of a culture of innovative
service, increase job/customer satisfaction, develop positive
relationships and foster greater participation in creating plans and
defining organisation goals. It is intended that this will be assessed,
revised and updated on an annual basis. This plan supports the efforts
of TALL's strategic plan, and as changes are made to the strategic
plan, this document will be updated to reflect that. The purpose of this

c. Manages administrative duties assigned by the manager in an
effective and timely manner
d. Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the
organizations’ products and, promotional campaigns etc. to

As the manager, compliance and committment would be ensured by
improved effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training,
coaching, counseling, and disciplining smart hands; communicating
values, strategies, and objectives; ensuring accountabilities
procedures; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results on
monthly basis; developing incentives.
Areas of Improvement
Maintenance of vehicles is outsourced to service providers on
contracts to minimize overhead cost. Subsequently as we break even,
we would assemble an in-house maintenance team.
