This presentation is a research proposal on the impact of transformational leadership on workforce in an organization. The presentation discusses the motivational aspect of transformational leadership and the research questions and methods used. The main findings of the systematic review are also presented.

• The presentation is a research proposal of a topic
related to transformational leadership.
Transformational Leadership can be described as a style
whereby the leader works along with his subordinates
to identify any requirement of a change and creating a
vision for his members and helping them with the
change1. The presentation is concerned with the
motivational aspect of the transformational leadership.

• As a management student I have read various
texts on Leadership and their related styles.
• To further develop my knowledge and to help
me in my career as a mange, I have chosen the

Methods
• The results of the journals obtained from the different
database, will be compared and narrowed down. 10 main
journals were chosen.
• The search strategy was a very systematic one whereby the
researcher would be reading 2 journal articled daily an the
primary strategy is to find the impact on transformational
leadership on the workplace.
• Inclusion criteria: Cognitive skills, analytical ability, reading
skills, research skills, hard work, patience.
• Exclusion: Failure to understand, lack of material, training
and others

Conclusion
• The given question is related to the
transformational leadership and its impact. At
present there are various journals and a
systematic method is being adopted to review
the given journal articles.
• I will be making use of theoretical data from a
large variety of sources and making a
descriptive paper on the impact of leadership
on the increase in workforce.

Critical reflection
• After analyzing the data and the theories available it
can be stated that a lot of research needs to be done in
the given topic in order to complete the relationship
between leadership and workforce in a firm4.
• As stated by Goleman et al. 2013, Transformational
Leadership motivates the employees to the
achievement of the goals. However, very often the
organization works in an efficient manner and stressed
out the employees instead of motivating them.
