INTRODUCTION
Registered nurses are those who take care of patients by various technical and non technical
skills. There is need of managing the patients and providing them proper care. It is important for
hospital management to provide effective skills for registered nurses. It will help in analysing
different skills and abilities for treating patients effectively.

Alex is a registered nurse who is able to meet role and responsibilities while doing work ok
in shift of hospital. He is effectively managing all the responsibilities of patients and use his
abilities and skills to provide effective care to all his patients. the registered nurses are provided
framework in order to assess various practices involved in in managing people. It is very
important to communicate with common people to meet the demands and needs of people. Alex
is a hardworking nurse and all he is involved in taking care of all patients and supporting
different providers. He is a multitasking caregiver who is always managing the work and
providing best service to his patients. As a registered nurse, he provides variety, career stability
and sense of personal fulfilment. There are duties of nurses which depend upon healthcare
setting and managing the patients effectively. Some of the common tasks that can be found in a
typical registered nurse like Alex include administering various medications which will be
provided to different patients and monitoring for different reactions and side effects. Alex is a
good nurse which takes all records and updates patient medical information vital signs and
provide accurate reports. He collaborates and coordinates with other members of health care
team for planning implementing and evaluating care plans of patients. Is involved in educating
patients and their family members on the type of treatment and care plan provided to them. Alex
is a registered nurse who stays up to date it with new technologies and tools for providing best
care to patients and support other providers. There are some important duties which registered

and manage the nursing profession by adapting the versatile environment of healthcare field.
Some of the recommendations are mentioned below
 It is recommended for Alex to you have knowledge about evolution of high technologies
which are used within hospitals for managing the functions and tasks.
 Improvised excess to care can be provided to poor as well as rural residents so that
healthcare organisations can work in a more prominent manner.
 Registered nurses are recommended to have greater access to speciality care and focused
consultation that will help in managing care provided to different positions and providers.
There are different commencement of shift which has to be completed star each and every
patient. For managing documentation of patient care. This type of care is needed for managing
information and developing plan of care that will help in managing assessments and changing
documented notes. Assessment information is involved in in managing the observation of vital

nurses in order to manage the operations and management of various patients. Some of these are
explained below
 Patience - this is a non technical skill required among registered nurses as they have to be
very patient while treating people. are generally nervous about medical procedures and it
enhances ill-tempered. This has to be minimised because patients rely on these losses as
they provide the best care under every circumstance.
 Compassion - it is considered that registered nurses must be sympathetic towards the
demands and requirements of patients. When their compassion is present while treating
various people then it is convenient to deal with different patients who are suffering from
pain trauma or any other distressed condition.
 Communication skills - these are the most effective and important requirement within a
registered nurse. While treating any patient doses have to talk to relatives and family
members in polite manner so that they do not panic in any condition. Patients rely on
communication skills as they listen to concern of the ill person and their relatives while
addressing situations without increasing the panic level.
 Critical thinking – it is concluded that registered nurses must have assess to health and
symptoms of patients as it helps in noting all changes that are present. While working in
different situations.
 Physical endurance - when working as a registered nurse, there is need of having physical
endurance as nurses have to spend most of their shifts on feet and always have to manage
multitasking. There is need of supporting weight of patients on study on their feet or the
patient from one location to other. This Requires lot of physical endurance.
 Organisation skills – it is considered that nurses have the responsibility for well being of
different patients and analysing their health conditions, risk factors and needs. this is
helpful for the nurses to provide right care to patients and prioritise which patient has
more urgency.

Transitioning from student to Graduate Registered Nurse can be difficult. Construct at least two

Evidence based strategy is required for ensuring safety of patients. it is important for

for improvising patient safety. Learning through a constructivist approach is defined as creation

three level hierarchy of evidence based strategies of teaching that includes interactive clinical
activities. There are classroom didactics which are used in clinical and interactive activities. This
is essential for keeping the strategies simple and integrating with evidence based approaches
because it will help in increasing knowledge of registered nurses about various simulation
techniques.
Nurses have to work in panic situations and there is requirement of multitasking and
communicating with numerous people co-workers coma patients as well as health care
professionals while working. Hence it is essential for nurses to become frustrated and handling
different tasks and activities. work life balance and maintaining health are two important
prominent issues within the area of nursing. Common ways for achieving a work life balance
within registered nurses are defined below –
Invest in self care - Registered nurses do not have time to get enough sleep coma eat well
and exercise because they have to work in extended shifts and they have busy agenda. Proper
nutrition is also required to keep them healthy and focus upon their work effectively. Healthy
diet should be provided to these losses in order to make them stay active and lowering their
stress level.
Setting priorities – it is very important for nurses to provide equal time to their family and
friends while working. Every profession requires to have proper rest and talents of family and
friends while attaining professional growth. In case of nurses, they have to work for hours while

helping and treating patients. It is very important to balance social life as well as professional life
to you have a proper management.
