INTRODUCTION
Registered nurses are those who take care of patients by various technical and non technical
skills. There is need of managing the patients and providing them proper care. It is important for
hospital management to provide effective skills for registered nurses. It will help in analysing
different skills and abilities for treating patients effectively.

Alex is a registered nurse who is able to meet role and responsibilities while doing work ok
in shift of hospital. He is effectively managing all the responsibilities of patients and use his
abilities and skills to provide effective care to all his patients. the registered nurses are provided
framework in order to assess various practices involved in in managing people. It is very
important to communicate with common people to meet the demands and needs of people. Alex
is a hardworking nurse and all he is involved in taking care of all patients and supporting
different providers. He is a multitasking caregiver who is always managing the work and
providing best service to his patients. As a registered nurse, he provides variety, career stability
and sense of personal fulfilment. There are duties of nurses which depend upon healthcare
setting and managing the patients effectively. Some of the common tasks that can be found in a
typical registered nurse like Alex include administering various medications which will be
provided to different patients and monitoring for different reactions and side effects. Alex is a
good nurse which takes all records and updates patient medical information vital signs and
provide accurate reports. He collaborates and coordinates with other members of health care
team for planning implementing and evaluating care plans of patients. Is involved in educating
patients and their family members on the type of treatment and care plan provided to them. Alex
is a registered nurse who stays up to date it with new technologies and tools for providing best
care to patients and support other providers. There are some important duties which registered

that how a nurse has to operate within the healthcare organisation. There are various standards
which are provided to various healthcare organisations and this have to be e properly managed.

standard suggests that it there are a variety of thinking strategies which are available for

prominent issues within the area of nursing. Common ways for achieving a work life balance
within registered nurses are defined below –
Invest in self care - Registered nurses do not have time to get enough sleep coma eat well
and exercise because they have to work in extended shifts and they have busy agenda. Proper
nutrition is also required to keep them healthy and focus upon their work effectively. Healthy
diet should be provided to these losses in order to make them stay active and lowering their
stress level.
Setting priorities – it is very important for nurses to provide equal time to their family and
friends while working. Every profession requires to have proper rest and talents of family and
friends while attaining professional growth. In case of nurses, they have to work for hours while
