The first problem that the brick mortar organization faces is the competition posed by the different e commerce sectors. The e commerce sector will give wider form of portfolioof the different products with better rate of discounts, and the different brick and the mortar stores. The brick and the mortar stores also faces problems of overhead crisis like those of rent, employee salaries and the maintenance charge. Moreover the organization also faces various problems in executing its marketing techniques that will effect on a major basis the retailers of the brick and the mortar companies (Conaway,2018). The advent of the different technology has been characterized by the main retail landscape. The online shopping in this industry has opened the various doors for the different form of customers that they will buy when they want a particular product. The different offerings and the varied range of the products along with their higher level of discounts, the e commerce sector will start entering into the new form of market structure in order to take the form of the retail industry. The technology in this sector will however bring a higher form of revolution in this particularsphere that will be characterized by the various level of opportunities. Most of the Brick mortar companies in today’s world are not being able to harness the power of the available power of the technologies and also there is a gap between the online and the in store retailers experience in this firm. The lack of personalization in this sector can also be considered as the most critical point. The company faces the problem of the critical customers and the problem of the reduction in the volume of sales.The brick and the mortar company should also formulate the policies on maximizing the satisfaction of their customers. The stores of the brick and the mortar also faces repeated problems in the rent payment for the location where they are serving (Zhao,Liang & Dolgui ,2016)

The inherent affinity of this sector has given the various preferences or the buying patterns of the customers of this industry.
