Travel and tourism sector plays an important role in the field of economic growth and also
generating various opportunities in the field of employment sector. This report is based on TUI
travelling group which is a British Travel Group Company and its head office is located in UK
(Carter, 2007). The company conducting its operations around 180 countries and having more
than 30 million happy customers. More, than that it also covers the key historical developments
and its related structure ad hoe the government is functioning under that to promote tourism
sector and how the demand and supply factor are affecting ad made an impact of tourism sector.
