INTRODUCTION
The business environment is the breakdown of internal and external aspects of
employees, customer needs with expectations, demands and delivery of new ideas in technology,
etc. The mentioned aspects affect business operations both positively and negatively. The
business environment is of two types the micro business environment and the macro business
environment and the two environments create different types of opportunities for the business.
Identifying all the factors is to running the business. This will not only help them to be
competitive in the market but also increase their profitability (Caiado, and et.al., 2022). The
business environment is essentially the collection of all external understandings and
perspectives such as representatives, buyer needs along with their
desires, demands, government agencies, innovation development and many more, influence these
trade and commerce the companies operating in both negative and positive form. There are
essentially two types of commercial atmosphere, namely small-scale commercial atmosphere and
large-scale commercial atmosphere, and apparently both environments create different
types of openness for the association. Therefore it is extremely crucial for
the business management to recognize all the components that make
up the commercial environment by showing advertising examine. This is not as if it would help
take a burden off the competitive advantage over their rivals, but it also makes a difference
in increasing their productivity. Travelodge Hotels Limited is a privately held company
operating in the hotel and hospitality industry in the UK, Ireland and Spain. It is known simply
as Travelodge, it is the UK's largest independent hotel brand with over 570 limited
service hotels in the UK. In the early 1970s, Charles Forte bought the Travelodge brand in the
United States with the hope of establishing it in Great Britain (Lim, and et.al., 2022). The first
Travelodges opened in 1973 in the former Excelsior Motor Lodge, a Forte-owned motel brand
located near busy roads. Trust house Forte would later open another hotel chain along the way in
1976.
