organisation which aims to provide greater quality products to customers in

brand in the business sector. The size and structure of the companies could also
have been evaluated in an effective manner. Along with that, in this report there
is evaluation about improving various key areas of the workplace. The use of
pestle framework will also help the firm to gain competitive advantage. Most of
the departments are certainly connected with each other the organisation can
provide the quality products to the customers in the market. For further

which serves quality products to the customers. They are one of the fastest
growing organisations in the market.
Size and scope – Admiral sportswear is the multinational organisation
which is been diversifying their business operations in multiple
regions. The company has 422 stores in 50 countries and the main aim
is to attract the right customers and generate more profits and
dominate the retail industry.
Products and services – The organisation provides the products in
which they can modify according to the style of the customers.
Vision The main vision of admiral sportswear in to bring
sustainability by carrying out the operations in a strategic manner.
Mission – The main mission of the organisation is to improve the
