organizations and entrepreneurs, in which they fund, develop and then implement appropriate
solutions to environmental, cultural and social problems (Rossignoli, Ricciardi and Bonomi,
2018). This is at their most common level, doing ventures for a social cause, it might also be
referred to as altruistic entrepreneurship. It also considered as combination of commerce with
social concerns. It is all about considering issues in community and achieving a social change by
employing entrepreneurial procedures, principles and operations. Furthermore, social
entrepreneurship is also about making a detailed investigation to completely define a specific
social issue and then managing, developing and organizing a social business to attain desired
modification.
Motivation factors-
Social business or enterprise is defined as venture that has particular social objectives that
serve their primary motive (Wry and York, 2017). It seeks to increase profits while increasing
benefits to environment and society. Its profits are usually utilized to fund social activities or
programmes. While setting up a social venture there are few motivations are available that drive
person towards achieving aims. Social issues, inspiration, challenges, and previous personal
