• An outbreak of global pandemic COVID-19 has created
disturbance in the on-going activities of the whole world. It
has created fear among people, stopped business operations
etc.
• With the outbreak of global pandemic, Government has
introduced different measures to decrease the negative
impact. It includes lock-down restrictions which has made
people to stay in their home only (Davahli and et. al., 2020).

• According to Jones and Comfort (2020), impact of global
pandemic COVID-19 outbreak has spread across the whole
world.
• According to Hao, Xiao and Chon (2020), it is determined that
hospitality industry has faced many issues and challenges during
global pandemic COVID-19 such as lower sales, employee lay
off & turnover, refund pressure, low occupancy and many more.
• According to Thams and et. al., (2020), COVID-19 has mostly
hit hospitality industry and is continuously hitting it but many
hotels have come up with various strategies to overcome the
challenges related to global pandemic.
