TASK 1 1.1 The key features of effective team performanceIn order to ensure effective performance it is important that good leadership is takingplace. Also, there should be a strong trust between the team members so that achievement ofgoals and objectives is being done properly. Proper respect should be there to maintain strongrelation between the team and its team members. Also, all the team members need to have strongcommitment towards the achievement of set goals. Better performance ensures better growth ofthe team and its team members (Amanchukwu and et.al., 2015).
