INTRODUCTION To live happy in the sociey, you need to understand the society in well manner which can help you out in being happy. In this discussion, it is being discussing about the qualitative and quatitative reseach, alienation, mechanical and organic solidarity along with the health and well being in the socity which can help to being happy for spending the life in well manner (Boen and et. al., 2020). QAUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH This is the type of research which is includes the qualitivative and quantitative analysis fo the sociey which are having great effect on the society in which everyone is living. It can be said that the general goal of the qualitative and qualtitative research is having the same which is to understand the world better. Quantity includes the something property which can be determined with the help of measuerement. Qualitative may be defined as the study of the subjects which are hard to quantify, for example An atrt history. Quantitative is said to research or variables which can be handled numerically. Qualitative research is able to give the latest information which is demonstrated by the given data which can help one to understand the society better and to get updated what is getting change in the soicty with what proportion. Quantitative research can be helpful in collecting the sufficient data theough which one is able to analysis about the society which should be correct enough (Martirano 2016). This is one of the most important to understand the socity in which we are living because any change which is not desirable or unecceptable cange lead to the many issues which can be creat a great effect in sociey which is not desirable to be happened. In this context, one is need to understand which requires the qualitative as well as quantitative research for better understanding the sociey to be saperated from any of the issues of conflict. ALIENATION Social alienation is one of the broad concept which are used by the sociologist for describing the experience of the individuals or any groups which feels disconnected from the norms, values, social relations ,practices in their society or community due to having the variety in reason of social structural. There are some features which are able to describe the social alienation in sociologist study.
Powerlessness-Whenever, any individual is socially alienated then they comes to believe that they are not able to control their problems which are present in their life. They think that whatever they will do, there is not going to change for better (Nateghi and et. al., 2016). Meaninglessness-Inthis the individual is not able to deribe the thing in which he or she is engaged or said to be they are not able to find the same type of meaning which others are able to find through this. Social Isolation-In this, when person or individual feels that they are not able to connected with the society in shared values, practices or beliefs and also they are not having the meaningful social relationship with the people of society. Self- Estrangement-In this, person does not take any interest or desire to full fill the demand which are placed by the others when are feel or experiences any social alienation. MECHANICAL AND ORGANIC SOLIDARITY Mechanical solidarity refers to the social integration of the society members who are having the common beliefs and values. This common beliefs and values constitute a collective conscience which works internally in each memer to work as a team or leads to cooperate. Some of the features which are on Morphological basis are said to be that they are based on the resemblances along with segmental type which are having little low level of population and having low moral density. There are also some norms which are used such as rules with repressive sanction and penal law prevalence etc. They are having the high volume, high intensity, high determianteness etc. Organic solidarity is a social intergration which includes the refusing the needs for the another's services. Sociey is having a situation that they relies less for the imposting uniform rules to everyone and haivng more on the relations which are between different person or groups. In this, ther are on the basis ofmorphology they are based on the division of labour, organised type (Fitzi 2017). They are much interdependent and having the relatively high volume of population with high material and moral density. They are also having the types of norms which are rules with restitutive sanctions and cooperative law prevalences. HEALTH AND WELL BEING Social wellness defined as haivng the relationshoip which all have and how to interact with other person. During the difficult time, relationship supports people which shows that one is having a good social health which they are having. They involves the building nurturing.
