INTRODUCTION
Every organisation at some time undergo with the changes that helps them in becoming
more scalable and feasible. When the companies change the organisation structure or change the
working of departments make it sometimes difficult for the employees to adopt (Edwards-Groves
and et. al., 2019). Changes are not always easy which cam bring either positive impact or
negative impact. At same time these changes are important because changes help to face the
dynamic environment and those companies which accepts and do changes have the chances to
grow. Northgate vehicle was started in 1981 which aims to provide vehicle to customers and
provide fleet management services. Enterprise rent-a-car was founded in 1957 by Jack Taylor
providing largest transportation solutions offering car and truck as well as car sales and car
sharing. This report covers changes which impacts organisation strategy and operations. In
addition, this report evaluates the influences that drivers of change have on organisational
behaviour and explains how barriers influences the leaders decisions. This report covers ranges
of leadership approaches for a change initiative.
TASK 1
P1.Different organisations depicting impact of change in an organisation strategy and operations.
Companies have to face the challenges for sustaining effectiveness and stability. When
the market environment changes companies have to change the company structure and the
working (D’Allura, 2019). Northgate vehicle and enterprise rent-a-car differences are explained
which shows the impact in organisations strategy and operations.
Northgate vehicle-
Type of change- Northgate vehicle have adopted AFV which does not require drivers.
Connected car technology have been developed by the company which helps them to
identify how many cars do they have for rents. The company have always changed its
