Introduction
Organizational change refers to alterations or modifications made in order to gain some
profitability or competitive advantage. These can be internal or external like
technological, economical, structural or may be changes in policies of production and
sales of products. Some time in such changing environment, organization may come to
face some problems which can affect their working and profitability as well. In such
conditions, leader plays a vital role and have to manage their team so as to align their
behaviour towards achievement of organizational change.
