Introduction
The current presentation will throw light on varied leadership approaches
being adopted by managers and leaders of verdant Leisure in order to deal
with the change in range of organizational text. In this regards, varied
change management models and theories will be explored in this task.

Change management
In order to deal with the change, the managers and leaders of Verdant
Leisure can adopt varied approach, theories and models (Grant, 2005)
These models will support them in managing the changes taking place
within the organization because of extensive growth more effectively and
efficiently.
