they should provide the appropriate training to them which will help company to make
their employees retained & changes can't impact negatively towards the organisational
behaviour. Training makes the employee for confident and motivated to do the work or
accept the changes that are required to be implemented (Ryan, L., 2013). This will
increase their interest, skills and knowledge in the organisation towards the work by
which organisational behaviour is not impacted negatively.
Performance appraisal:- The performance of an employees need to evaluated on regular
basis which motivates them to do the work more efficiently and effectively. It is
important to evaluate the employee as well as they are required to be appraise them
timely which help the organisation in reducing the negative upon the organisation
behaviour. If employee is going good according to the plan & objectives are to be
achieved then changes are not going to effect the behaviour of organisation negatively.
Moreover, Zaggora company takes into consideration PDCA model so as to overcome
the negative impact on an organization and it is explained below:
PDCA Model: This model come up with fore essential steps i.e. plan, do, check and act.
As these four step are termed to be essential as it will helps the manger of Zaggora company to
determine the different issues of changes (Tang, Lu and Hallinger, 2014). This will help the to
properly plan the changes that are required to be implemented. PCDA Model are:-
Planning:- In this step manager of Zaggora, plan the changes that are need to be
implemented effectively. The leader also determines and identify the issues
because of which the changes are difficult to plan. As, companies want to make
the product more safe for the sportsman then accurate planning is must.
Do:- In this step, managers of Zaggora implements the plan according the
mapping. In this company is going to start the production according to the
changes they want to implement.
Check:- In this step manager of Zaggora, monitor timely that whatever changes
they want in the organisation need to be according to the plan. In plan standards
are also set by which company is required to implement the changes in the
organisation.

Act:- This is the last step where the manger of Zaggora manager need address the
suggestion and ideas if anything is not according to the set rules and plan. It is
very important for the organisation to make changes in between the
implementation. Otherwise, organisation are not be able change if they have
completed.
TASK 2
P4Explaination about the different barriers for change and determine how they influence
leadership decision making in a given organisational context
Its very important to bring the changes in the organisation according to the time and
customer demand. Every changes comes up with the barrier whether it is internal barrier or
external barrier. If barriers are internal then its related to the employee that they are not accepting
the changes and they don't want to implement those changes in the organisation (Wellman,
Jeffries and Hagan, 2016). External barriers are government, technology or environment. The
Zaggora need to consider all those barrier and make a plan in advance of way to overcome those
barrier while implementing the changes. The barrier are:-
Technological barriers:- The advance technology is the biggest barrier while
implementing or planning any changes in the organisation. The Zaggora wants make the

equipments more safe by which health of the customer don't get effected. The company
is required to use new & advance techniques. To adopt those techniques company need
the funds and after that make their employee understand the technology. The company is
required to provide the appropriate training to its employee related to the technology.
Otherwise, employees are not been able to implement the change properly. The employee
need to be get use to of technologies which they want to use while implementing
changes. If technology change between the implementation then leaders decision making
also get effected and these factors influence the decision making of the leaders.
Laws of the government:- If the government rules and regulation change in between the
implementation of changes in the organisation then Zaggora leaders decision making get
effected and the organisation need to do the required changes. Government policies are
biggest barrier for the company to make the changes in the organisation. Sometimes,
these barriers don't allow the company to easily implement the changes.
Force field model:- The same factors are in favour for the changes and few factors are
in against of changes. The company Zaggora is required to identifies the factors which are in
favour or factors which are in against after which the implementation became smooth for the
company.
Factors are in favour for change:- These factors want that company need to bring change
according to the customer concern as Zaggora bring the change in there equipments. The
favourable factors are:-
Market demand:- Its a biggest factor that always want that organisation should bring
changes but the changes need to be according to the customer need & wants. Whatever
changes company brings if they are according to customer then they are in favour. The
changes always take place according to the demand as well.
Improved production speed:- If they bring changes in the organisation then organisational
speed of the production will be improved. If they use the new technology and the
techniques in the organisation then it became very easy for them increase the speed of the
production.
Forces are against the changes:- These are the forces which are against the changes and
