There are various leadership approaches that may help in dealing with this change and it has been described as per below context- Situational leadership approach- This is the style that is adopted by manager or leaders of Cornish bakehouse in order to fit development level of the followers that they are trying to influence. In this type of leadership, style may change accordingly as per the need arises in a particular organisation (Lynch, 2015). In this approach four styles of leadership are being used that includes delegating, supporting, coaching and directing. Further, leader and manager of Cornish bakehouse have to select appropriate style as per the situation. It includes easy concept which is understandable and applied easily and smoothly by leaders of cited company. Further, this leadership style also leads manager in order to select that way that may take them exactly towards success.
