INTRODUCTION
• Organizational Change looks both at the process in which a company or any organization changes its
operational methods, technologies, organizational structure, whole structure, or strategies, as well as
what effects these changes have on it.
• Present study will lay emphasis on Green Ecotricity company.
• Presentation will highlight various leadership approaches which can be used to manage change.

Kind of changes done by Ecotricity
• Ecotricity is being engaged in bringing changes in organization structure. For this to implement
successfully firm will make use of Lewin change management model.
• For changing organization structure, company will involve top level managers in it, so that all the
changes are made in their presence.
