in 2007.

the changes within company and affect their leadership individual behaviour an team. this report
will also measure that can be taken to minimise the impact of change. it will also explain the
barriers off the change and it will determine how the leadership has influence on the companies
decision-making process. in the end of this report will cover leadership approach and methods to
deal with the change.

more effective and help company to grow their business (Espedal., 2017). there are many
organisations who have implemented change successfully within at their workplace and some of

implemented change within their organisations are Blake Logitech management And British
airlines.

Blake Logitech management Has been implemented change within their workplace. They
implemented a new technology at the workplace to improve the work efficiency and better
services can be provided to their customers. This new technology was about providing best
possible features to the customers who are coming to take services from Blake Logitech

successfully but it create a negative impact on Staff who are working there. Employees does not
get any kind of training to understand how this new technology work and how it can be effective.
Most of them were fearing of losing their jobs because they were thinking that new technology
will take their place. It makes the change ineffective and company was failed to implement the
change. It was because of the ineffective leadership Anne they do not provide the training to the
employees and communicate with them to make this change successful.

airline in over the world. During the year 2007 to 2008 this company has been increased their
profits by 3.1% but after the economy crisis which in world economy affect the growth and
Profitability of British airlines. During the recession time ,company was performing well and
continually suffering from losses, then Leaders decided to implement the changes within their
workplace. First step this company take which was decreasing and eliminating employees from
the job. It was also an oil crisis And they wanted to survive in their business so they cut the
wages, Change the culture, strategy, stuffetc (Drago-Severson and Blum-DeStefano., 2018). This
affect the motivation of employees and they were fearing to losing their job as well. it take time
for the company to be successful in the change but they were able to survive in this crisis due to
the change management. It was because of the ineffective leadership takes time to implement
change successfully.
