This report is based upon an enterprise named Golden Wonder is a British based organisation that manufactures and produces snack foods like notably crisps. This report covers comparison in which changes affects operations and strategy of an organisation. It also evaluates way by which internal and external changes has impact over team, leadership and individual behaviour of this organisation. It also includes evaluation of measures which can be utilised to minimise negative affect of changes over the organisational behaviour. Influence of various barriers upon leadership decision making of Golden Wonder and various leadership approaches for dealing with changes are also given in this report. PART 1 1. Technological changes taking place on rapid basis has affected the functioning and processes of both AGFA and Golden Wonder. In order to eliminate the negative affect of changes upon these organisations, PDCA model can be used as follows- PDCA Model-This model is developed and introduced by a business organisations to eliminate any negative affect of changes upon organisational behaviour. It is a four stage model which is utilised by business managers to continue improve business operations and functions. This approach helps an organisation to face various changes by allowing it to implement certain changes in its procedures for resolving various issues. This model can be utilised by Golden Wonder and AGFA as following- Plan-The first and foremost stage of this model includes identification of issue, collection of data that is relevant in all the aspects and understand the basic cause of a particular issue, development of hypothesis in regards for identifying issues and making decisions as per . AGFA can check its plan's effectiveness by determining its business profitability before and after the introduction of digital images. Act-The last stage of PDCA model is the one in which the results that area achieved are documented and measured in an appropriate manner. On the basis of these results, various recommendations are made for the same purpose.
