INTRODUCTION
Understanding and leading change states that the people are prepared to face the problem
at the time of implementing the change in the business. Those people who participated to make
changes in the business could evaluate the process of changes and issues of political,
psychological and organisation which is happened in the business. They make their effective
efforts to identify factors which brings successful changes in the business. The determination of
leading change refers to the activity of the whole team so they perform effectively to make the
effective and efficient changes which leads to the success and growth of the business.
This report determine the leading changes in the business Sainsbury which is the
multinational company of supermarket. It is the third largest company which sales variety of
products and services to their customer. The headquarter of Sainsbury is at the London, UK.
This report determine the impact of changes on the strategy and operations of two
organisation. There different ways in which internal and external changes affects the behaviour
of team and individual in the organisation. This file includes different measures to reduces the
negative impact of changes in the business. There are different barriers of changes which
influence the decision-making process of leadership. Various approaches of leadership are used
to deal with the changes in the company.

and reduces employees performance.

which retails food, non-food item in
super market. Organization keeps
limited stock in warehouses and
keeps flexible changes in products.
For example due to health concern
customers demands for organic
food where organization to do
changes in their products strategies
and gives values to customers by
meeting their objectives (Chuang,
Jackson and Jiang, 2016). Thus,
kind change enhances employees
operation while organization
recruits number of employees at job
place to reduce workload and raise
efficiency at job place.
