Chosen company for this report is GoldenWonder. This is a British company which is manufacturing snacks and food products whichmostly includes Notably crisps. Golden Wonder company was formed in 1947 and founder ofthis organisation was William Alexander. Its headquarter is located in North Lincolnshire,England, UK. This report will include different ways in which changes can impact on strategyand operations of organisation. It is consist of affect of changes on leadership, individuals andterm behaviours.
