It also discuss thedifferent kinds of leadership styles which help in accepting changes within workplace. For example, the new campaign of TESCO is allabout “food products” and the name of campaign was “Love stories of Food brought to youby TESCO” which shows the marketing technique of the organisation. As TESCO has goodpositioning in market and better perception of people, this campaign was successful in achievingthe attention of people toward the firm (Sarah Vizard, 2017).
