Theorganisation chosen for this assignment is Burberry which is operating their business atmultinational level. It is a British Luxury brand that operates their business in clothes, cosmetic,accessories etc. Burberry was established in the year 1856 and its headquarter is situated inLondon. In present scenario they are operating their business in more than 500 locations. Thisassignment highlights the several types of organisation which are impacted by the changes thatexist in organisation due to adopting new technology. Types of hindrances that creates impactson the decision that are developed by them. Further to implement effective leadership approachesto overcome from the issue that develops due to adoption of new changes.
