Internal drivers which affect working of AEGON are-ļ·Organizational culture:-It refers to the behaviour, values, beliefs and attitude of both an individual and group at a workplace. So if there is any improper behaviour of employees or individual in term it will affect the performance and productivity of whole team in AEGON.
