The CEO of the company is logitech bracken p. Blake who is also an author of consumer experience.Along with this, internal and external factors are listed below(Dahan, 2018). In addition to this, explanation of different barriers for change and there influence in decision-making and application of variety of leadership approaches in order to deal with modifications. Task 1: The impact of change Internal and External factors of changes which affect the leadership behaviour of teams and individuals within Blake Logitech management Some sorted change factors in business and the business environment have a great potential to achieve success on the basis of adjusting the strategies, designs, operations, plans and different types of products. The factors which affected the mentioned departments including external and internal which can possibly useful in terms of bringing various opportunities in the organisation (Townsend, 2019). Also, it is also possible that various negative factors can be arise so there is a need to modify the terminologies in a systematic manner to increase sales and turnovers in the organisation.
