Part 1 What is the Study type Quantitative or Qualitative?In the present study Quantitative methods have been used for carrying out the research study. What is the Study design of the article? How? (Between 30-40 word)What is the Study objective or aims of the article? Around 40 word Major objective of the study is to identify and investigate depression and anxiety in patients suffering from chronic diseases. The aim of the present study is to record comobidityin chronic patients, asses their anxiety and depression levels and compare the result with the demographical of the data. Where the authors do the research? Study has been conducted in Pakistan and chronic patients under treatment in a local general hospital have been selected for carrying out the research study. What method was used for data collection?Questionnaire method has been used for collecting the data and it has supported for assembling data and information that is required for conducting the study in organized way. Along with this voluntary participation has been taken in the research study and no candidate has been asked for forcefully participate in the research study. NO financial burden has been put on the hospital and on the participants. The findings that have been generated from the research study will be used for scientific reason. Outcomes that will be received from the research study will be used for managing the anxiety with chronic patients. What data was collected?Three type of data has been collected and in the first part Questionnaire has given information about the general profile demographics. In the second part Details have been collected about depression signs of the patients. Along with this information about assessment of anxiety and depression systems have been collected. What is the data analysis method?A Descriptive and inferential analysis have been done and Fisher's Exact test, The likelihood Ratio or the linear by linear association have been used. What ethical considerations are associated with the research?While completing the research study Ethical considerations have been followed. It hashelped for carrying out the research study in successful manner. The names of the participants have been not published in any way during the time of the study and
