INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is the systematic process in which start a new business with new and
innovative ideas that help to produces something new products and goods for customers and they
help to give proper satisfaction to them(Blackburn, Hartand Wainwright 2013). Entrepreneurship
in mainly including the two elements one Is the owner of the company that can also called
entrepreneur and second one element of the process is objective and idea of the business. During
the start a new firm or business in the market so have to face many problems and issues
regarding company like competitors in the market its hard to set effective image in the market.
So, to manage and control on the entrepreneurship process and their all activities to start

analysis and evaluation them. To start the new businesses it is necessary to have new ideas and
various skills and abilities to develop the business over the time.

P1.Different types of entrepreneurial ventures.
The process that helps in the enterprise development is known as entrepreneurship and all
the activities that cater to the needs of entrepreneur for his/her development is known as
entrepreneurial process. This is the process that defines all the activities which needs to be
performed in order to achieve growth of the organizations (Carland, Carland and Stewart2015 ).
The ventures that help the entrepreneurs to grow and develop their business on the operational,
managerial part are known as entrepreneurial ventures. These ventures are related to enterprise
development and are considered essential part of organizational development. The
entrepreneurship is considered as the basic factor that is required for proper training and
development phase and caters all the steps needed at each and every level of business
development. The various business ventures that caters to all the entrepreneurial ventures are :-
Social Entrepreneurs:-All the entrepreneurs who work for social and business activities
related to society as a whole are known as social entrepreneurs. Their main intention is to
help and support the society for income generation or to live sustainably with new ideas.

Serial Entrepreneurs: - All the entrepreneurs who start many chain outlets of a single
product and use them to grow and expand their business on the part of generating profits
are known as serial entrepreneurs.
Profit Entrepreneurs: - All those entrepreneurs who have the main aim of generating
profits are known as profit entrepreneurs. Though, the main aim of every
entrepreneurship is to generate profits but they are driven mainly for profit earning and
they cater to all the needs that help them in generating profits (Carraher and Paridon,
2015).
Technical Entrepreneurs: - All those entrepreneurs who have the main aim of providing
technical, technological support to the economy are known as technical entrepreneurs.
Agricultural Entrepreneurs: - All those entrepreneurs who are providing agricultural
products to the economy are known as Agricultural entrepreneurs.
Lifestyle Entrepreneurs: - Those entrepreneurs who have the main motive of providing
lifestyle, fashionable, knowledge to the economy are known as lifestyle entrepreneurs.
P2. Similarities and differences between entrepreneurial ventures.
All the entrepreneurial ventures are considered important for an economy as when an
economy wants to grow and develop then all the entrepreneurs are to be considered important.
Both enterprises large and small are considered important for economic performance .But all the
small and large business enterprises are evaluated on the grounds of developing business
ventures so that when any enterprise needs to grow and develop it needs to consider all the
factors related with small or large business operations on the grounds of personal, individual
development(Carsrud and Brännback, 2011).
Similarities refers to all the methods and policies that all the enterprises caters together and they
follow while developing and growing. Technical, Profit oriented Serial and social entrepreneurial
ventures have the similarity that they caters to employment generation and helps in providing
economy the suitable level of growth and development.
Differences refers to all the methods, rules, policies which are being followed differently in the
organizations and caters to all the needs and values that are related to organizational

development. There are various entrepreneurs that provide products and services and caters the
needs of the individuals. They are the building blocks of economy and help in growth and
development of all the business activities that are essential. Differences in the entrepreneurial
ventures are between Serial and social, technical and profit oriented are that where ,Serial
enterprises have the aim of developing business ventures While Social enterprises have the aim
of providing employment to all the sections of society. Technical enterprises have the aim to
provide technical support to the economy and profit oriented enterprises have the aim of
providing the flow of money in the economy and to provide monetary benefits to the consumers.
All these similarities and differences are part of business development and caters to all the needs
of the consumers who are looking for the market based products and services as per the low cost
effectiveness and efficiency of the products and services(Dennis 2011).

considered for developing and generating employment opportunities .These enterprises have
small number of employees on the part of growth and development and are required to generate
resources for all the sections of societies( Fassin, Van Rossem and Buelens, 2011).
High demand for products and services caters to all the needs and tools which are being analysed
so that an economy facing all the resources for effectual development can cater to all the needs
and measures of the economy. These policies can be of prospective employees on the part of
growth and development and will be considered essential for development of economic activities
that can be formulated at the required level of growth and development in the economy. This is
because of the fact that when an economy wants to grow and develop they need to analyse all the
relative and related factors of production which are being considered for successful growth and
development in the economy.
