ESSAYHealth and social care is all about making recognition of various kind of diversities inregards with all kind of aspects of life. It is very important for an individual to take propercare of their health in order to make survival and deal with all the aspects and events of life.On the other hand, it is also essential for the care givers to have proper learning regardingunderstanding in order to have knowledge about the needs and requirements of the residentsto whom the services are being provided. Better understanding and knowledge in regardswith the demand of residents will assist care provider to give good care to the individuals andresidents (Shi and et.al., 2013).. Learning styles are basically based on a fact that distinct kind of study methods arehaving several sorts of effectiveness among different individuals. There are various types ofthe learning styles, which can be explained as follows: Visual learners: These kinds of learners make learning by making observation and isable to easily make a recall regarding whatever has been seen by them. They make preferencetowards reading and writing of notes. Learning can be best done with the assistance of maps,flashcards, diagrams etc. Auditory Learners: Such kind of listeners make preference for learning and have theability to recall easily whatever has been heard by them. They generally prefer discussion,listening to tapes, dialogues and oral reading. Kinaesthetic Learners: These sorts of learners make learning with the help ofphysical activities and can gain advantages of demonstration. They generally prefer methodslike role plays, drama, games etc. Tactile Learners: These learners make learning by touching and manipulations andreceive benefits from developing designs, models etc (Brady, 2013). Active: Such types of learners are impulsive and have a belief to take risks. Theyprefer competitions among role plays, team and acting. Reflective: These learners make thinking in regards with the concepts before makingstart of any activity and learn more by making thinking.
