Introduction It is an important aspect for an individual that he/ she is working in their life in order to gain a advantage of it. There are various reasons for which can individual work which can be for earning money, self independence etc. the people work for the money as they need food, shelter and to have fun with family and friends. Also, it gives an Independence for an individual where the people have an objective in their lives. It is very necessary that an individual aims t do something in life by making the various goals and objectives. Also,people work to be apart of the communities as the working of an individual in particular job docent help an individual but it also serves benefit to the other people and the society(Oliver and Sapey, 2018).This report will include the discussion on the various topics such as meaning of motivation, various factors which motivates employees, the positive factors which is experience by the employees, the negative factors, strategies to cope up with negative factors. What does Motivation Mean? It is defines as the act or the process of giving someone a reason to work more and that to eff3ectively and efficiently. (Stebbins, 2017)It is also said that the motivation is considered as an important aspect in the life of a individual as at every stage the individual requires the motivation in term of the incentives or the power to influence to work better in the jobroles. For the better understanding of the motivation a theory is been discussed below: Maslow hierarchy need theory This theory was proposed by Abraham Maslow which states that there are 5 level of needs hierarchy which is an important aspect for an individual so that they can perform the various activities in day to day life.The different level of needs are discussed below: Physiological need-This is the considered the most important and first most need in the hierarchy where the people require human needs to survive. Such need can be food, shelter, water. Safety need-This is another level of need where is the person is satisfied with the first need then there is required of the safety needs. Such needs are the health, 3
education, job security, financial need etc. this is an important for an individual to live in the society. Love and belonging need-This is the social need which is on the third level where the human requires the interaction with the different p3eople. Such needs are related to the the family and frie4nds bonds. The human requires the emotional attachment and requires the love and care from the other people(Heckhausen, and Heckhausen, 2018). Self esteem need-This is the higher level of need where if the person is satisfied with the above need there is the requirement of the self esteem need which includes the self respect. In this level the individual requires the personal growth and the respect in the particular designation . Self actualization need-This is the most highest level of need where an individual is highly satisfied and now at this stage the individual know his/ her self worth in the particular position. These need require the skill development and personal development of an individual. The various factors which motivate employees to work Salary:This is considered an an important aspect for motivation of the employees where the compensation play a vital role. In this the organization should focus on the reasonableness compensation which is been offered to the employees.(Rheinberg, and Vollmeyer, 2018) Promotion:This is the another technique which can be used by the business organization in order to motivate employees. It is been observed that if the employees are appreciated by offering incentives or the promotion there is the effectiveness seen in the work of an employees. This motivates individual to perform better in their work. Work Environment:This is another most important for the motivation pf the employees as the work environment is related to the he4atly culture within the workplace. It is important factor for the organization to keep the health and cooperative environment which will help the employees to work together and perform effectively in the workplace./ 4

If the organization focus on the efforts which is been put by the employees then they feel that the company has value for their employees and this lead t motivation.(MacIntyre, Gregersen, and Mercer, 2019). Work environment-This is the another positive factor which is considered as important for the motivation of the employees. If the organization focus on keeping a healthy and modern culture in the environment which has a free flow of communication which will help the employees in working effectively and efficiently. Trust in leadership-This is defined as the degree of trust the employees have in their leaders directly impacts the overall performance of the employees. The employees expect that the leaders treat them as individual and guide them properly in order to perform better. It bis important for the managers to invest in their employees to have a positive way of thinking in the minds of the employees. The negative factors employees experience as a result of their job roles there are various negative factors which is faced by the employees in their respective roles which are discussed below: Conflicts between the employees and interpersonal interaction-This is related to the different view point of an individual within the workplace which leads to conflicts within the team . This creates the negative impact on the behavior of an individual. Time management related issues-This is the another factors which has a negative impact in the particular job role of the employees. This is impacted and experienced by the employees when they are unable to manage the daily 5
task which is needed to be completed. This creates to the demotivate within the individual in their work. Failures, interruptions and annoyances-These are related to the certain circumstances which arises during the work which impacts in the behavior and the performance of the individual. Suppose in a tea if someone is not performing good which impact the whole team and this leads to the negative impact on the other as well in their performance(Sorić, Penezić, and Burić, 2017). Strategies to cope withnegative factors employees experience as a result of their job roles There are various strategies which can be can be adopted by the business disorganization in order to cope up with the negative factors which is experienced by the employees. Some of them are discussed below: The use of the consistent and the fair tre4atment with the every employees within the organization. This is considered as an important strategy for an organization in order to cope up with the negative factors w3hich leads in unproductive work within the work place. It is very important for the managers to have full trust and respect for their employees so that employees can focus on performing its task. If the employees is trying to adjust in the environment it is the responsibility of the managers to make them conformable and believe in them so that they can perform more better in future. s The another strategy which can be us3ed by the business organization is that the managers need t provide the various opportunities for the growth of an individual. As this will increase the motivation level of an individual to push themselves forward in their respective job roles. (Weiner, 2018) 6
Conclusion From the above report it is concluded that people work for the different reasons which can be revealed to the money, self independence and for the the society. It is an important aspect for an individual to work in order to earn money and to have food, shelter for the survival and growth. The motivation is describes as the ability of a for e person or the organization to influences in order t work effectively and efficiently. The Maslow hierarchy theory of need is explained as an important theory which clearly defines the motivation and need of an individual within the workplace.
