In this CEO appointed human resource's manager, with whom he discussed theissues related to firm, what he has facing from last few months. In first six month he has noticedthe behaviour of the people in organisation. The many employees of the company wants tro leavethe job due to ineffective working environment. The employee motivation task in sveryimportant in order to gain overall productivity and profitability. The organisation can work ingood manner if there is effective team support all the employees. The various appropriatestrategies are frame to achieve the cost saving and service improvements in the quality ofhospitality services to the patients. In this manner the various program is to be conducted so thatworkers of the trust can work in better and effective manner. In manner to bring profitability inorganisation this kind of implement is very essential. Main body1.
