This assignment provides an analysis of the relationship between workload and burnout among secondary teachers. The study aims to determine the level of workload experienced by Australian secondary teachers and its impact on their job satisfaction and well-being. It also investigates how work intensification, emotional tiredness, and dissatisfaction with various aspects of the job contribute to teacher burnout. The findings suggest that school managers should provide social support to their faculty members to help reduce burnout and minimize the chances of losing good teachers.
