INTRODUCTIONUnderstanding self and others is very important process in which it is important to knowabout skills and knowledge that is present. It helps in finding out areas that need proper attentionand focus. Learning process aids in enhancing the particular abilities and capacities of individual.So that work process can be conducted smoothly without any hindrance. It involve knowingstrengths and weaknesses so that proper format can be drafted in order to know about key areasthat need improvement. This report is focused on importance of various skills that has to beincluded in single person, this involve imparting training and development programs on specificmatter. Other process pertain concept of self-managed learning, attending seminars or classesthat assists in accomplishment of goals and objectives. There are different type of skills thatinclude conflict resolution, written communication, time management, proper team structure,public management and many others that has its own advantages and benefits(Baron-Cohen, Tager-Flusberg, and Lombardo, 2013). TASK 1Reflective JournalAPPENDIX A: REFLECTIVE JOURNAL ENTRY PER- FORMA Core Skill: Team WorkingEvery organisation structure have teams that refers to group of many people that are workingtogether in order to achieve set targets or objectives. So, being able to achieve final mission,managers have assigned me some particular duties of a specific task which I have to beperformed in proper manner. In addition to this, as a leader of team, I have to be designedproper structure and selects those members in it who have particular skills and capacity tocomplete particular assigned work process.Importance: There are several benefits of team formation that are present in company institution. It leads toperforming task or work in effective and proper mode so that final aims of the organisation canbe achieved. Teams are formed for diversifying the total work into smaller structure so thatwork is assigned in accordance to specific skills to specific group of members, this allow tofulfil the project in conducive mode (Baumeister, 2013). Thus, in this manner, for being a part

of such team, I have to be gained some important skills in mine as given below:-Work on the concept of synergy: The team structure is underlined with the concept of synergythat means togetherness. Therefore, I need to perform entire activities of tasks assigned me incombine efforts. Working in team and coordinate with each other in effective way, help inenhancing my skills and experience through which I become able to do a task and achieve setobjectives in given time period. Productive Work Performance: It is true that when work in establishment is separated intodifferent team structure having fixed purpose that results in performing final in productive andconstructive way. So, in this manner with cooperation of other team members, I can work inmore systematic manner without any hindrances or obstacles. Current competencies related to this skill: The most important effectiveness associated with this type of skill is that there are manyadvantages working in team rather than individual performance. Modern system of organisationhave focused working in team structures. Other benefits attached to it are time reduction, notgeneration of conflicts among staff members. Thus, by gaining such skills I will get opportunityto work in reputed firm and support superiors in accomplishing tasks of business inpredetermined time. Identifying Contradiction:The major contradiction involve those company that is currently working on the conception ofindividual work process. As a leader I have analysed that if company used to assign task onindividual basis then it will consumes much time as well as desired outcomes cannot beobtained as per requirement. Usefulness of skill in future: Working in team proves to be beneficial in several ways like I can become able to perform inbest manner as well as deliver maximum outcomes in company. Tool Kits: Adopting Scoro tool which consist of number of characteristics that allow me to performplanning system in proper manner. This software aids in recording all the team structureeffectively.
