INTRODUCTION
Understanding self and others in a major task when an individual lead to work in an
association. There are wide number of employees and group of people are working together
in an organisation whom belong to differ nature and characteristics which have to evaluate in
a beneficial and suitable manner (Baron-Cohen, Tager-Flusberg and Lombardo, 2013). This
project is based on understanding of self and others by creating various journals proforma
with suitable and appropriate skills. Apart from this, it will also depicts about action plan and

The key skills which need to develop and work is Time management. Time management is
consider as an appropriate skill for me through which all task get done in a suitable and
appropriate manner on time which further support in enhancing my overall efficiency.
According to the Baumeister (2013), time management is a major consideration for a
working individual so that targets get accomplish on time.

This core skill is important to get develop into me so that I am going to complete all my
projects on time which further assist in better and efficient gain. A major reason behind
reflection of this skill is to develop this area in a beneficial manner so that chances of
deviation in large and vast projects could be minimise as well as better and efficient gain
could become possible. One of a major theory for managing time is Pickle Jar theory
through which reflect about simple and appropriate path for managing time in an
appropriate manner. Thus, by consulting it, appropriate and suitable time management

My current competency regarding this skill stated that I need to work on my time
management. Most of the time my peers and colleagues completed their work on time but
not me. This create a feeling of dissatisfaction. Thus, for assessing my competency in
future, I could need to consult it with my friends, managers etc. so that better and effective
working get done in a beneficial and suitable manner.

Usually I am one of a kind of person who wants to achieve so many things in life by
understanding the value of time. But I need to work more on my skills and working of time
management. It is really important for me to complete my work on time as I have potential
to do it. But most of the time my colleagues completed their work timely but I am not which
further create issue and problem to coordinate in an appropriate manner. My subordinates
see and told me that I can do my work on time but sometimes, it will not become possible
as much. Thus, I need to understand this factor in an appropriate and suitable manner so that
effectiveness and efficiency could be enhance.

Management of time create value for working. It is essential for me to manage and develop
my time management skill so that future become appropriate in frame. This lead to open
chances of my promotion in an organisation but if this will not get develop properly then
chances of negative frames get enhance which restrict not only my growth but overall

their time and complete their events on time which critically define their success and simple

properly. The current competent regarding team working skill is not so much appropriate in
frame (Rochat, 2014). Although, sometimes, when managing a team I need to face so many
issues and problems which enable me work in an absolute manner. For assessing my
competency currently, I have asked it to my subordinates and colleagues and they prescribe
that I need to improve it. This signify that there is a much need to improve this

essential to improve this as I have excellent behaviour to met with others and greet them

In this aspect, I need to distribute questionnaire to all my friends and colleagues so that

Current competency of mine towards gaining feedback is appropriate. As I am free and
open minded to take responses from others regarding my personality and need to improve it
in a best suited frame. Although, with this aspect, my aspects of working get improve in
long term consideration so that chances of better and appropriate future become possible.
For assessing the competence I can distribute a questionnaire or by asking to them about
my personality. Although, their views need to implement by me on my personality so that
overall growth and development become possible. Although, most of the time I thought
that there are vast areas a human need to improve which restrict and create barrier in long
term aspects.

On the basis of above analysis, I assume that there are vast range of contradictions
presented in myself. Like through questionnaire, I gather diverse range of responses from
my peers, senior managers as well as many others colleagues of mine. Others see that there
are little thing which I need to improve like my anger, working scenario and pattern etc.
They assume that such considerations are not appropriate for mine growth and
development. But I thought that I am not that kind of short temper individual which others
think about me. The expectations of my senior and subordinate is just to improve my focus
and attention towards my work. This section need to improvise in current and further
consideration (van Dijk and et. al., 2011). Thus, all these aspects have to fulfil through
using model and framework as well as feedback of individual properly so that better and
efficient gain could be accomplish and achieve which could be assume and gain through

I have a capacity of good composition expertise which causes me in talking without
making any bumbles. As per Gonzales and Hancock, (2011) research need to be more
appropriate and based on a particular concern so that its efficient and effectiveness could be
promoted. I solely focus on one or two material while performing my duty rather than more
content. This is one of my weakness which I do need to improve in a better and appropriate
frame. The competence get assess on the basis of provided feedbacks of mine which really
need to improve and develop and need more rectification as well.

I have determine so much contradiction at the time of analysis of this skill. There is a much
difference between others and mine working. As they take more than one content to
investigate and understand the facts and figures of associated aspects and content but my
seniors stated that I only used two content due to lack of focus and attention. This factor
need to improvise by me so that suitable content and working get promoted which further
enhance my ability to understand the things as well as concerning towards goals.

speaking, focus and attention and negotiation. All these three have several strength and
weakness but while working on them time is a major consideration. I need to improve my
these three skills on define time frame so that better and suitable gains become possible. The
above mention things summarise that research enable me to grow my public speaking as well
because I will become more confident in frame regarding all major aspects and outcome.
Along with this, there is a need to work on my negotiation skill in a definite time duration so
that effective and efficient gain could be sustain in articulated manner.
