It has been analysed that there are various kind of core professional skills which are required to be owned by every person so that they can execute their professional life work effectively at workplace and attain their predetermined goals and objectives. Some of the main professional skills are team working, public speaking, conflict resolution and feedback taking and giving. All of these skills helps an individual in achieving their targeted goals. It has been analysed that among all four stated skills Public skills of an individual is highly strong whereas the remaining that is team working, conflict resolution and feedback taking and giving are identified as weak skills of the individual. In order to develop these weak skills effective professional development plan has been used so that these weak skills can be developed by taking appropriate actions towards the all weak areas. On the basis of overall analysis, it has been recommended to every professional person to conduct their own SWOT at regular interval in order to identify their weak areas which can be further developed by them by acquiring appropriate action towards the same.

Apart from this, I am focusing to develop my own public speaking skills so that it will assist me in order to present my own thoughts in front of other people. Core skill important? This public speaking skill is beneficial for an individual because it is helpful for them in various aspects like they can work easily in a big organisation. All kind of multinational organisation mainly focusing on the skills of individual which is beneficial for their business. These skills also help them in target achievement. I choose to develop those skills because through these I can increase my sustainability in the organisation which is important for in an effective manner. Own current competent? It has been analysed that this public speaking skill are not that much beneficial for me. When I speak information of team or group that time I feel nervous. I cannot explain and convince people and not able to deliver my message to the group. All this condition occurs because of nervousness. Audience are also not understand what I want to say or not convince easily. Contradiction from the analysis? According to above mentioned analysis on speaking in public, I came up with a realisation that when I speak in public I may be not fully clear to my listeners.
