Skill is important term through which workers can easily execute their allotted in systematic
manner. As per point of view.... working in a team is vital for workers to improve their skills
and knowledge because all the employees are share their views and opinion with each other to
share positive relation. In this context, team work refer to the way in which person are comes
together with the aim of attaining common target. In this some time I feel stressed and
helpless in a team in which my team members are support and motivate towards the job
activities. This is the reason that I selected this kind skill which help in enhancing my skills
and knowledge while performing allotted task. With the assistance of this I can easily attain
positive outcomes (Cottrell, 2015).

According to my analysis I am good in communication and motivating others but at the same
time I am less confident while motivating and directing my team members. In this context it is
important for me to enhance my skills by building positive relation with others. Bring
coordination among all the team members is also important for me to make my skills strong.
Furthermore, I also take feedback as per continuous basis from my colleague and senior to
improve my skills in appropriate way. For this tool kit provide me better support in effectively
evaluate my core skills and knowledge. With the assistance of this I can easily improve my
skills and knowledge as well.

Yes, contradiction is found as not able to provide adequate information to the team members
that has direct negative impact on the motivation level of the team members and hamper the
final goals and objectives of an organisation. The another negative point which is identified by
me is that not able to effectively influencing the employees to work hard in favour of an
organisation. To improve this skill required to take part in meetings which are conducted at
organisational level to enhance such skills and attain positive outcomes.

From the assessment, I identified that I have good speaking skill because able to listen others
effectively without any kind of diversion. This will provide an opportunity to me to analyse

points. The same should be supported by my colleagues also as they also having the opinion
that I am good in public speaking skills and able to clearly disburse my thoughts to others.
Along with that, having control over my writing skills also which assist me to transfer the
information effectively in the same sense in which I wanted to provide to others (Travers,
Morisano and Locke, 2015).

One of the contradiction which is identified by is related to my less confidence and hesitation
while speaking in front of large people. This has negative impact upon my personality and not
able to attract the large number of people towards me. To become more career centric and
professional required to develop this skill which allows me to speak in front of large number
of people without any hesitation. The same should be identified by my colleagues also and
they are true that I lack in that aspect and required to develop.
