development of the organisation. It need living person, natural resources and things to exits.
There are five elements of business environment are economical, legal, technological,
environmental and political (Armstrong and et.al 2015). This report is based on MARKS AND
SPENCER organisation. The company provides different kind of services in retail sector. The
main objective is translating standard and authorization into superior choice, worth and request.
Further, it covered market structure of the organisation is perfect competition and price
determination market.
MAIN BODY
1. Identify organisation
Business environment is most important part to each organisation. This is help to improve
market structure of the organisation. The main economic problem is because the ultimate want
and limited resources in economic condition. There some factor is most useful for development
of overall working environment and make some changes in internal as well as external factor.
The company is focus on operation management to increase level of work and improve working
effectiveness or satisfy number of customer in market (Porter and Kramer, 2015). To manage
work and improve carrying into action level and increase market growth. Some new technology
must be used in overall development and make some changes in outside market. There are some
objectives are as follows :-
Employees orientation :- In employee orientation high expectation of staff will
contribute to more in organisation. This is helpful for future development and make
some changes in growth rate in market (Cantwell and et.al 2015). To be use attract,
motivate and ration high value to increase internal performance and growth rate in
marketplace. Motivation of employees inside work place is one of the most important
part and make some change in overall development in market and improve internal work
and increase productivity.
Organisation objective :- In this context objective is leadership is clothing and food
sector. To increase number of customer and achieve scale to be set in competitors in
market (Crane and Matten 2016). In this way, focus on best quality product, value and

This is to be focus on different kind of product to be used in market share and make some

development and reduce social event in market carrying into action.
In organisation is work under the safety of legal factor and some legal factor is most important

improvement in growth rate. MARKS AND SPENCER organisation is update regular in
overall work and make some changes in future improvement in market structure. To be
flow new rules and regulation must be follow each and every employees in organisation

must be focus on law and provide training to every employees about the law must be
change in future time period. To be use some act like fire packing and labelling act 1996.

On the other hand, market structure is most important and increase market value to improve
market and reduce competitor in market. The price is one of the most important factor in market
and make some changes in overall development in growth rate. The terms are ascertained by
supply and economic process and manufacturer are to sell their commodity at the price resolute
by the market (Crane and Matten 2016). Being in such contest the steadfast should have the
clean resource to solid food and administer expeditiously as it faces fierce request. Demand and
