This study aims to understand what motivates British tourists to visit Bali in order to increase sales and the number of TUI customers. It explores the different destination places that attract British tourists and examines the reasons behind their visits. The study also suggests ways for TUI to attract more tourists and enhance its sales. The findings will help in targeting customers and improving the overall travel experience.
