9. Evidence for the project ability to achieve the deliverables For achieving the deliverables for the project, I have the ability to complete the project on time ad to ensure that all the things and proceeded in precise manner and through this the main aim and the goal of the project which is its completion is fulfilled (Inglis, 2019).I was able to meet the deadline of the project by successfully completing it on time and in effective and significant manner possible. TASK 2 1. Create a brief completion summary to stakeholders involved in the project The project provided the all the important information which is to be utilized for the process of knowing how scaling up of the project along with all the essential elements were used in its completion and along with this the main thing which the project helped in inquiring was that how the goals and objectives were accomplished at an appropriate time (Derakhshan and et.al., 2019).The stakeholders who were involved in the project such as the Board Members, CEO, Suppliers and the Employees should be aware of the project which included the roles and responsibilities of them and with the help of that the project was completed on large scale in an effective manner possible. This also included the time frame and budget within which the whole project was been completed successfully. Thus, the project which was being framed on the basis of the time frame and budget was completed successfully and this helped in knowing what the project requirements were and how they were to be fulfilled. Process that would be followed to assign project staff to new roles and duties in the due procedure can be done through induction process and training process which will allow the individuals to allow their roles and responsibilities on large scale and through this they will be able to know what their roles and responsibilities are once they are being allotted through the induction and training process which will help them in knowing what they have to do so that their roles are made clear to them (David, 2017).Through training and induction process, the employees will be able to value their position in the organization and this will help them in knowing what their actual work is all about. Training of the staff members is very important as they will be assigned new roles and duties which they have to deliver to the organization. Thus, the roles and duties will be assigned to the staff members by following proper induction and training process in an effective and efficient manner. 11
To officially close the project, the documentation which is required is the final project report and the contract which was signed at the initial stage which stated that the project will be completed in the due course of its completion with the signed authority for the project. This helped in knowing what made the initial factors of how the final report of the project will be delivered and observed which will indicate that the project has been completed and the contract which was signed will help in know with all the essential and detail information which indicated that the project was being approved in the starting to be completed along with the goals and objectives set(Derakhshan and et.al., 2019).Both the factors helped in knowing what are the actual roles of how the project is to be enclosed in a successful manner and this also helped in knowing that through both these documentations they have proved that the project is being completed for the welfare of how it has been completed. 2. Review the project The actual project outcomes which were against the intended scope and objectives were that the stores which were to be made in Brisbane and other areas were on the scale to know more about the other areas so that mores stores could be opened but Bang – On – Bikes could open only 8 stores in spite of opening 10 stores. As the budget was least therefore, there was increase amount of variance which affected the financial scale of business and in opening the stores. Along with this, these variances were occurred due to the budget which was least but various control measures were taken which ensured that the project remained stable and no problem occurred on large scale. Therefore, the project was managed effectively and efficiently. Involving team members in a project review is a vital part of the process which helped in ensuring that the team members can perform effectively and efficiently which can help them in knowing that the project is to be accomplished within a given period and time (Nataliia and et.al., 2018).Through this, the team members were able to analyze their performance and how collaboratively they can contribute towards completing project on time. During project review the team members will be able to provide information of how they accomplished project with the goals and objectives despite of having many difficulties and variances which occurred during the framing of the project. The main thing which can be observed through team members while they review project was constant efforts which they made. 12
To improve the performance in future the main thing which should be taken into consideration should be how to manage the budget and time accordingly and in so effective way that the project is not affected and success is achieved. This lesson helped in letting know that the actual work and was done while taking all the key points as important factors. There were various other lessons which were learned throughout the project that how team members can collectively work so that the project is not hampered and through that the main objective of project is also not replaced with any of the other unnecessary information (Taras and et.al., 2019).This information will be shared to the other team members so that they start and complete their project successfully. The diversity of individuals with whom I worked as a team contributed along side in a very progressive and positive manner and this helped in knowing what are the scales through which I can also work towards the successful project completion process by analysing my key strengths and weaknesses while performing and contributing willingly (Nataliia and et.al., 2018). Implementing and framing of the project went well for me and I learned that within various difficulties and problems the goal and objective of the project should not be lost along with its completion and submission on time which helped me value time factor more. Therefore, it became very important for me to analyze and evaluate framework which contributed with the project in a progressive with achieving the goals of project. A3 Questions 1. Define project Project is the undertaking which helps in collaborating with the research and design in an effective and efficient manner to achieve a particular aim (Bingham and et.al., 2017). 2. Requirements of project plan Requirements of project plan include project goals, project scope, work breakdown structure, budget, human resource plan, risk management plan and communication plan. 13

3. What is needed to consider for the project plan For effective and significant project plan to be implemented, it is very important to set the goals and objectives on which the whole project will work. 7. Four types of reports needed to be given to stakeholders through the progression of the project These are the four main types of reports which are – project status report, time tracking report, variance report and project health report. 8. Three steps to complete the project on time Three steps are - identify and meet the stakeholders, set and prioritize goals and objectives, create project schedule. 9. What is needed to be done to finalise the project To finalize the project analysing and evaluating the budget and time factors as being an essential part of the project for its completion. 14
10. When reviewing the project after completion what is needed to be done For reviewing the project after the project is completed it is ensured that all the information is not passed on and if there are any changes which can be done are taken into consideration (Švedkauskas, 2019). CONCLUSION Thus, it is concluded from the above report that three assignments were described which provided information regarding the project and how it is managed on large scale along with some questions which were related to project. 15
