Uber Inc. is considered to be an American transportation network company in the
multinational business sector (Lasserre, 2017). The company under discussion here is

of sexual harassment was recorded in the organisation. The current, as well as the former

sexual harassment as well as gender discrimination under their working conditions (Murray

will help the concerned company to change its reputation in the market are specified as

Uber can make specific other changes in the features of the app.
They should come up with the assistance of emergency numbers according to the
countries that will help in ensuring the safety of the passengers.
Uber should check the background and also rerun the checks every six months to get
notified and be updated about their drivers.
Strict laws and guidelines should be introduced aligning to the court as the
termination of the employees will not be the ideal solution in order to curb the
harassment. These changes if implemented, may prove to be more effective for Uber.

the financial stability of an organisation cannot always be termed to its paradigm of achieving
success. An organisation is critically accountable to all the stakeholders connected to the
internal as well as the external environment of the same. The safety and the protection of the

Company. However, the failure in the same led to the failure in the success of the firm and
also affected its brand image as well as the scale of economies in an adverse manner.
