Title: Uniform Policy

The issue
The problem or the issue that affects the lives and rights of children and
young people is Uniform policy.
Uniform is the crucial aspect as children and young people spend most
of their time in school wearing the uniform.
Sometimes uniform are prepared different for different categories of
people based on their race, gender, class and disability (Hopman, 2020).
Children and young people of different race, class and with disability
faces a problem of different uniform policy.

Theoretical perspective(s) on the issue
Race theory
The race theory suggest that races are a part of the system and society.
As per this theory the whit e community draws a margin between
white and black and try to create inequality (Sleeter, 2017). Their aim
is to maintain their elite interest in politics and other areas and creating
poverty in the black community.
Disability theory
Disability theory based on the assumption that disability is used
as a weapon to oppress children and young people and to infringe their
human rights.
