This further contains different types of organisations, their size and scope andrelationship between various organisational functions. Along with this, it contains advantagesand disadvantages of organisational functions. Main BodyPrivate organisations are defined as sector which is operated by individuals, franchises orin a partnership. Costs Coffee was founded by Bruno and Sergio Costa with its headquarter inDunstable, Bedfordshire. They provides customers with products like coffee, tea, iced drinks andsweet snacks. As Costa Coffee is British coffee house, they provides wide range of products totheir customers at reasonable prices which are affordable. Their major purpose is to furnish highquality services by which they can make a remarkable spot in minds of people (Crane andMatten, 2016). By this they can gain loyalty of customers which will lead them to sustain withinmarket for longer duration of time. The legal structure of private organisation comprises ofpartnership and sole proprietorship. Partnership refers to formal agreement among two or moreindividuals within a business. They can be either general and limited partnership. On the otherhand sole proprietorship denotes that business is completely controlled, managed and owned byan individual. Organisations which works under private sector and are funded by governmentalcompanies or groups to carry out their business operations are referred to public organisations.With respect to this, Crown Prosecution Services is public prosecution agency which is presentat Wales and England.
